COVID-19 statement
As you are no doubt aware, the World Health Organisation has declared the COVID-19 virus as a global pandemic. These are unprecedented times and as such, there is a great deal of uncertainty surrounding the evolution of government guidelines. We are sure that you are currently facing a wide range of business and personal issues yourself and sadly, the same is true for House of Thoughts.
The following information has been provided with the best intentions and is as up to date as possible however we do recommend that you keep informed about all State and National regulations and Health Department directives.

We are happy to help you where we can whilst ensuring we are in line with all Australian and Victorian State government advice.
Steps we have taken to keep our staff and visitors as safe as possible
It is important to us to keep our staff, visitors and wider community as safe as possible now that Victoria is once again "Open for Business". Like many businesses, we have taken a number of steps to provide an environment that will minimise the risk of transmission.

Not all of the changes will remain long term and are dependent upon the current Victorian State government guidelines at the time and some will remain as good practice.

Some changes that you may notice the next time you visit us:

-
QR codes (as directed) - our staff will gently remind you to "check in" if this is a requirement.
-
Social distancing - when in place, we operate at a reduced capacity of 1 person every 2nd booth or a maximum of 8 people within the venue at a given time.
-
Hand sanitisers are positioned in reception as well as inside your private sensory booth.
-
Increased cleaning - all booth surfaces are cleaned with antibacterial cleaner inbetween each use including the bench, computers, call switch and chair.
-
Disposable items - gone are the reusable plates, cups and cutlery in favour of single use, disposable "Bio-pak" items. We are trying to limit our environmental impact as much as possible by using the biodegradeable packaging options wherever possible.

Whilst not required, feel free to wear a mask to our venue if it feels right for you.

If you are feeling unwell, please keep our staff and visitors safe and healthy
and do not attend your appointment.

We thank you for your understanding and on-going support of our small business during these difficult times.
We hope that you and your family, friends and colleagues are staying safe and well.
